Who You Will Talk To

When you reach out, you are connected with an independent concrete provider in our network. That is a local business, not Eajco Concrete. The provider is the one who visits your property, gives the quote, and does the work. Eajco Concrete simply makes the introduction.

What the First Conversation Looks Like

A first talk is a bit like a doctor's intake. The provider asks questions before suggesting anything. Expect them to ask about the size of the area, what is there now, how you plan to use it, and what look you want. Photos can help. Many providers then set up a visit to measure and check drainage.

Questions Worth Asking

A few simple questions can tell you a lot:

  • Can I see the quote in writing, with the size, thickness, and finish listed?
  • What will the base under the slab be made of?
  • Where will control joints go, and why?
  • How long before I can walk or park on it?
  • When and how should the surface be sealed?
  • What does your work cover if something goes wrong?
  • Who handles permits, if my town needs one?

Why Care After the Pour Matters

Concrete keeps getting stronger for weeks after it is placed, like a cake that needs to cool before it is sliced. Ask the provider how long to wait, how to clean it, and what to avoid in winter, such as harsh de-icing products.

You Stay in Control

You can talk with more than one provider. You can ask for time to think. You can say no. Nothing about the introduction forces you to sign.
